Bella Italia Restaurant

The Bella Italia is a family run restaurant and was established in April 1981 by Giovanni and his family. The restaurant has been serving its loyal North Berwick residents and tourists for over 32 years now. Throughout the years, Giovanni and his family have and continue to provide a warm welcome for many families, children and host special occasions for many parties. Bella Italia offers typical Italian dishes with a strong emphasis on Neapolitan cuisine. The recipies and cooking style have been passed from generation to generation and still continues to be in the family. Majority of the staff of Bella Italia are Giovannis immediate family including his wife who has been working hard to maintain the highest quality of food and ensuring that traditional recipies are followed. Giovanni retired in 2001 but still likes to help around a bit. He is a very familiar face in the restaurant. For many years now, his daughter Loredana has been the Bella Italia host. She has the same Italian passion and flair for highest quality of service and food. Recently the restaurant has undergone a major refurbishment, ensuring that a mixture of the old Bella Italia and a new modern atmosphere is maintained. Loredana and the family are commited to continue to offer the same warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere to the clientele of Bella Italia as the family has been for the past 32 years. Buon Appetito!
